I, Bob Dudley, am the Broker of Record and owner of Matrix Real Estate Network. We all endeavor to bring the highest level of ethical and professional service to every part of everything we do.  My job is to give personal attention to all our transactions and bring a level of experience that can address “virtually anything related to real estate”.

My personal interest in real estate began in 1971, when I studied Real Estate as an extension of my college education while attending California State University at Chico. I took my California Real Estate exams, thinking I would continue as a teacher (in Anthropology) and sell real estate in the summer months. It did not take long to realize teaching was not for me and I entered real estate full time. However, my studies brought me enough credits to hold a Teaching Minor in Real Estate. And I have continued to increase my studies and credentials in the field since that time.

My license has been in continuous activity since 1973. But I have also expanded into related fields, having held a California General Building Contractor license (B-1 RMO – 1976 – 1980) and owned and operated Design Planning (Saratoga, CA) an architectural design company for residential and commercial construction.

I have an extensive background in real estate sales and mortgage lending, working with land, lots, residential and commercial properties. From 1979 until 1986 I served as Vice President of one of California’s largest private investment mortgage banking companies generating $200,000,000.00 in loans each year; and had direct involvement in the listing and sale of 157 homes in an 18 month period in 1982-83.

In addition, I have served as Real Estate Due Diligence Officer for real estate securities investments throughout the United States and have been licensed through the Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC) under the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD). These licenses are no longer active, as they were “put on ice” when I held the position of Treasurer of Cermatek Microelectronics, Inc ( a publicly held corporation – CRMK on Nasdaq).

My background, although diverse, has always had ties to real estate in some way. So, in short, I “speak fluent real estate”. But I am always looking to expand my knowledge in the field in order to bring the highest level of service to my clients, my agents and their clients.
